RANDY L. KENT, PRESIDENT
Randy Kent formed Catalyst for Advisors for the sole purpose of offering consulting, coaching and accountability services to help financial advisors significantly grow business.
Working with advisors since 2003, he has developed a good understanding of how to address many of the challenges faced by individual financial advisors, managers and teams.
His natural abilities to coach, motivate, uncover dormant talents and hold advisors accountable have provided clients with positive results ranging from increased AUM, to new relationships, improved client retention and better team dynamics.
Randy graduated from the University of Georgia where he received a BBA in Marketing from The Terry College of Business. Additionally, he studied at The Creative Circus in Atlanta, a leading, post-graduate advertising school.
In his free time, Randy enjoys hiking, reading, collecting records, and spending time with his wife, Rita.
